Role of Cayenne in headache

Take one fourth spoon of cayenne powder and four cup of warm water. Mix the powder with water. Soak a cotton swab into the solution. Now apply the cotton swab inside each nostril. At First you may feel not so good sensation. After 15 to 20 minutes you will feel better.

Cayenne powder contains capsaicin which inhibit substance p. Substance P is responsible for pain.



A modification in life style reduces episodes of headache

Another life style changes will work so effectively. Judge yourself. You will find that you get nervous very easily, think too much. You are always in tension. Look, if you do more tension that will not solve your problem. But you will get Headache.

Now from today, lead a tension free life. Whatever the problem is, try to work hard to solve them. But don't get tensed!! Remember, health is your first priority. Try to make jokes, make fun. You need to have a sound sleep and enough time for sleep. Try to go to bed early. Just make this habit. That will help a lot.

Do regular exercise. Role is unknown. But it helps.

So just changing your life style can significantly lowers the number of migraine attack.


Role of vitamin in headache

Take more riboflavin containing which is known as vitamin B2. You can take Beef liver, almonds, spinach etc. Take good amount of riboflavin regularly. After 3 months, that will significantly reduce attack of migraine.
