We are well known about the problem "insomnia". Many people spending a lot of money to get rid of this problem. But still they fail to have a sound sleep.
Individuals who suffers from insomnia understand how
critical the problem is. Many people around the world passing sleepless night regularly.
First exclude medical condition
At first, you have to be sure that there is no medical cause behind this insomnia. Many medical conditions like hyperthyroidism, cancer, chronic pain, kidney disease, asthma may contribute to your insomnia. Anxiety and tension also causes insomnia. You should check yourself by a doctor to exclude any disease.

First day, get up from at 6 A.M and start your day!! You may find it very difficult because you slept at late night. But for first day, you have to do it at any cost.
Now live your normal life as usual. But don't sleep at day time. Even don't go for little nap. That must be followed.
Now, eat what ever you want. There is no bar. But remember, you can't take any tea or coffee, even not a single cup.
Now at evening, do exercise for one hours. So that you can sweat a lot. Free hand exercise and running or walking can do the job. No heavy exercise is needed. You just need to make sure that you sweat a lot.

Now at before going to sleep, get a shower. If possible, with cold water.
At dinner take red meat or mangoes.
Try to wear dresses made up of cotton. Also consider light dresses.
Switch off your mobile phone and land phone. Take care if any source of noise.
You need a clean bedroom and a clean bed sheet.
Now, lets go to bed!!

Count from 100, 99, 98 and go this way to zero. And repeat this till you sleep. Soon you will be asleep!!!
You may complain that it doesn't work. Then I have another suggestion. May be you are a student or service holder but you have some text books in your home. Take one of the text book. start to read the book. After a few minutes to maximum half an hour, you will be in deep sleep!!!
Many people will find the last advise funny. But believe me it simply works nice!! It will give you very good result!!
