through internet you will find thousand of articles regarding how to lose your
weight in bla bla days!! Lots of book has been written about the topics. Girls
are trying hard to get a slim figure.
All of articles are almost correct!!
If you can follow them regularly definitely you will be benefited. You can lose
weight. But give a look to their instruction. It’s easy to read, nice to think
and very difficult to do in practical. Isn't it?
Assume that, you are a fast food lover. You love to eat. Suddenly you strictly
begin to limit your eating. You may follow the schedule for some days.
Then you will again come back to your normal food habit. You will fail
lose your weight.
This thing is happening throughout the world regularly. People start dieting
and cannot follow it properly and become depressed!!
So, that's
not your fault. Actually, its normal human behavior. Man is unable to change themself suddenly. Rather they can adopt eventually.
Now what to do to lose your weight?
Now i am going to introduce you with this simple method.
You will be able to follow it easily ( in compare to those crush courses!!).
First of all, just measure your weight and note it with date. Important thing is, the machine
you are using for measuring weight, should be same for next measurement.
A little change in your food habit to lose weight
Now, you don't need to change your breakfast habit. You can Eat as before. Just
try to avoid fatty food.
What should i eat at launch to lose weight?
Same strategy need to be applied here. Thats mean you do not need to change the launch menu. It may remain as before.
In the evening, take some snacks.
So, how will i lose weight?
Yap, this is what you have to do. You just need to change your dinner habit!!
At dinner,
You just take salad, made of cucumber, tomato, onion and nothing else. Sometimes small piece of chicken slice can be added. You must
be very much strict for dinner. No compromise with this dinner habit.
Another general rule is, drink more water daily. I will not mention how many
glasses. Because, it depends on your country’s temperature, how much you are
sweating etc. But in general, just try to increase.
After one month, you measure your weight with same machine.
You are losing weight.

Mechanism of losing weight!!
You may ask, what is the mechanism which will reduce my weight. this is very simple. If you drink more water, then you can not take more food. What we eat at night, that can not be used. Because, we go for sleep. That is why minimum amount of food, we advised to take at night.

This post is not only terribly written, but has no evidence to support that this is as simple of a fix as stated. There's no accounting for medical history, there's no consideration for current habits but many assumptions. This may work for some people - which is great for those people - but it's not so easy to others, who may be struggling with unstable blood sugars, allergies, thyroid imbalances or any other kind of medical distress that could come up.

It is for regular person who is gaining weight. people may gain weight without any medical condition, mostly due to their eating habit. It is most common cause. Yes, you are right that there are several other medical conditions that may cause obesity. But we didn't discuss any medical condition, only some simple method. thanks
